The PMA Private Side: Escaping the Deception of the Bureaucratic Machine

The realization that you can exist on the "private side" is the most empowering shift a person can make in their lifetime. For too long, we have operated under the assumption that the government holds authority over every facet of our lives, but this is a carefully constructed illusion. The control structure relies on a simple trick: claiming all territory and all people as part of the "public" unless an individual explicitly declares otherwise. By understanding the distinction between the public and private jurisdictions, we begin to see the system for what it truly is—a mechanism of deception designed to maintain control through the ignorance of those who serve it and those who are subject to it.

The Ignorance of the Bureaucracy
The tragedy of our current state is that the vast majority of government bureaucrats—the very people who exert authority over you—have no idea how the system actually works. They are hired to fulfill specific roles and follow specific orders, rewarded with nothing more than job security and a paycheck. These individuals are "drones" in a system that discourages independent thought or decision-making. They believe they are "good little soldiers" following the rules, yet they are innocently unaware that their actions are not only inappropriate but morally and lawfully wrong.

This bureaucracy functions as a shield for those who truly control the system from the shadows. These shadow figures are never seen; they use agents to fulfill their interests while the 99% of the bureaucracy—the drones—carry out the work without understanding the evil they are facilitating. This disconnection is what allows a "giant evil machine" to continue churning, causing mayhem and destruction while those involved believe they are doing good.

Natural Law vs. Color of Law
At the foundation of a moral life is Natural Law, which is centered on a single, primary rule: Do no harm. This breaks down into three simple subcategories: harm no one directly, harm no one’s property, and honor your word. However, the government operates in direct opposition to these principles. It harms people, destroys property, and relies on lying and stealing—all performed under the "color of law".

"Color of law" is a crucial deception mechanism to understand. Just as the color orange is not the same as an orange fruit—which provides nutrition and life—the "color of law" looks like lawful authority but possesses none of its substance. It is a facade that gives the appearance of legality to actions that are, in reality, violations of natural law. The system maintains control because people mistake the appearance of authority for the reality of it.

In the bureaucratic system, the "color of law" is a central mechanism of deception used to maintain control over the public. To understand its true nature, one must distinguish between something that is inherently lawful and something that merely wears the appearance of authority.

The Analogy of the Orange
This concept is realized by comparing the color orange to an actual orange fruit.
1) The Fruit: An orange fruit is a tangible, living thing that provides nutritional value, calories, and the energy needed to keep a person alive.
2) The Color: While the color orange may look identical to the hue of the fruit, the color itself provides no nutrition and cannot sustain life.
3) The Deception: Just because two things share the same appearance (the color) does not mean they possess the same essence or value.

Law vs. Color of Law
The system relies on the fact that most people cannot tell the difference between these two states.
A) Appearance of Authority: "Color of law" refers to a situation that looks like it has lawful authority to act when, in reality, it does not.
B) A Tool for Control: This is described as a "deception mechanism". It allows the government to perform actions that are "lawfully wrong" and "morally wrong" while making them appear legitimate.
C) Violation of Natural Law: While actual law should align with the foundational rule of "do no harm," the color of law is used to shield the government while it lies, cheats, steals, and harms property.

The Shield of Immunity
The danger of this deception is most evident in the behavior of government agents. Many bureaucrats only continue their actions because they believe the "color of law" provides them with legal immunity from the harm they cause. Because they are operating under a system that looks like law, they feel safe from personal accountability. If these individuals realized that the "color of law" has no true lawful substance, the entire control system would evaporate as they would no longer feel protected from the consequences of their actions.

The Illusion of Immunity and the "Death Cult"
The only reason this control system remains standing is that bureaucrats believe they have legal immunity from the harm they cause. If these individuals were held personally accountable for their actions as responsible adults, the entire system would evaporate overnight. Instead, they hide behind the complexity of the system, which allows each component to get away with evil by claiming they were just "following orders".

This system has evolved into what can only be described as a "death cult". Many within the bureaucracy have unknowingly entered into a "devil’s bargain," trading their health and autonomy for the sake of their jobs. They follow protocols—including medical interventions like the "suicide jab"—that are literally killing them. They find themselves sickly, requiring endless medications to treat symptoms caused by the very system they serve. They hold onto these jobs twice as hard because they need the medical benefits to pay for the drugs required to stay alive, never realizing that if they hadn't obeyed the rules of the system, they would likely be healthy and free.

Conclusion
We are currently surrounded by people who have no idea of the consequences of their actions, harming both themselves and everyone around them. This entire structure of mayhem and murder is sustained by ignorance and the false belief that "everything else is worse". To break free, one must stop acting like a programmed drone and start acting like a self-responsible adult.

By moving to the private side and aligning with Natural Law, we strip the "color of law" of its power. The deception is deep, and the system is dangerous, but the truth is straightforward: when we stop complying with the mechanisms of harm and start holding individuals accountable, the shadows of the control structure will finally disappear.

Frenchman Alexis de Tocqueville, who traveled to America in the 1830s, marveled at the large number of volunteer “mutual aid societies.” Tocqueville wrote: “Americans of all ages, all conditions, all minds constantly unite. ... Americans use associations to give fetes, to found seminaries, to build inns, to raise churches, to distribute books, to send missionaries to the antipodes; in this manner they create hospitals, prisons, schools. Finally, if it is a question of bringing to light a truth or developing a sentiment with the support of a great example, they associate.”
